Reflection:
Teachers must commit to continuing to their own learning and growth to continuously improve their practices and involvement in their communities. They should strive to be leaders and innovators as well as encouragers of the use of technology and new ideas in the classroom and with their colleagues. Each of the following artifacts can be used by teachers to both learn from each other, exchange information, inspire each other, teach enough new tools, and stay connected with each other. Podcasts are a great tool that an educator could use to periodically talk about up-coming and new technologies that are free or affordable for use in the classroom. Podcasts allow us to reach a broad audience with whatever topic we want to speak about. Videos are useful as they can be made to introduce new tools and even teach others how to use them. Video tutorials are commonly used to today to learn how to use new tools and tech in our classrooms. Websites and blogs allow for communication and exchange of information just as we have performed in this course. Educators can make websites specifically for discussions of new technology, teaching strategies, or anything else they could think of. They could provide links to new and useful tech that other teachers may want to explore utilizing in their own classes.

Future Learning Goals:
In the future, I hope to make my own portfolio online about myself, my interests, and the courses I teacher to give my students, colleagues, and their parents a better understanding of my goals for myself, my career, and my students. I want the portfolio to continue to grow as I learn new things that my students find helpful and that can inspire ideas for my colleagues in their own classrooms. I plan to continue to learn about my colleagues and their teaching and technological practices so that I can also be inspired and learn from them in ways that I would have not have thought of on my own.
